For 15 years I led high-performance sales teams responsible for $30M+ budgets at one of Australia's largest publishing houses. I was the person who always delivered, until my body forced me to stop.

Burnt out at the peak of my career, I spent the next 20 years studying what actually works. Neuroscience. Sleep architecture. Nervous system regulation. Nutrition. I didn't just recover - I built a system. And then I rebuilt myself using it.

With over 25 years of experience in meditation, yoga, and well-being, along with certifications in Health Science, Nutrition, and Women's Health, I bring a wealth of knowledge that I’m eager to share.
