MY MEDITATION STYLE - VEDIC MEDITATION

I teach a transcendent style of meditation rooted in the Vedic tradition. After exploring many techniques over the past 25 years, I can confidently say Vedic Meditation works. It is effortless, effective and designed to be practiced anytime anywhere. 

I trained under Tim Brown, Australia's leading Vedic Meditation teacher, and after experiencing its profound impact, I knew I had to become a teacher myself. I completed extensive training under Tim to bring this powerful practice to you.
