Thank you for being here. It means you are ready to make a change and that takes courage, especially when you are someone who is used to pushing through.

My mission is simple. To help executives and high-performing professionals sleep better, think clearer and perform at their best - sustainably. Not by slowing down or simplifying your life, but by building the right foundations underneath it.

I didn't find this work. I needed it.

I have spent the last 25 years studying what actually works when it comes to performance, sleep and stress recovery. But I want to be honest with you about where that journey started — it did not start in a lecture theatre or a wellness retreat. It started with burnout. My own.

MY STORY

For 15 years I worked in corporate Australia, rising through the ranks at one of Australia's biggest publishing houses to become Sales Director, leading teams responsible for delivering $30M+ budgets. From the outside it looked like success. And in many ways it was. But behind that I was running on adrenaline, barely sleeping, and holding everything together with coffee, willpower and sheer determination.

The signs had been there long before the burnout hit. Diagnosed with ADHD as a child, I had spent most of my life with a mind that simply would not switch off. Racing thoughts, difficulty unwinding, always on — I thought it was just who I was. A lot of the executives I work with tell me the same thing. And a lot of them have kids who have been told the same. What I know now is that it was my nervous system running in permanent overdrive, and nobody had ever shown me how to change that.

When I finally hit the wall I knew something had to change. Not a holiday. Not a new routine. Something fundamental.

 

WHAT I DID NEXT

That turning point sparked 25 years of study that I am still adding to today. Neuroscience. Sleep architecture. Nervous system regulation. Health science. Nutrition. Women's hormones. Vedic meditation. I did not just learn these things academically — I tested everything on myself first, and then refined it with hundreds of clients over two and a half decades.

What came out of that process is The 3am Reset Method™ — a system built on what actually works for people who cannot afford to slow down but cannot sustain the pace they are keeping.

MY QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE 

I bring together two worlds that do not often meet - deep corporate experience and clinical health expertise. I know what it feels like to sit in the boardroom running on four hours sleep and have to make a $30M decision. And I know exactly what is happening inside your nervous system when you do.

  • Certified Vedic Meditation Teacher

  • Certified Yoga Teacher

  • Certifications in Health Science, Nutrition and Women's Health

  • 15 years corporate experience including Sales Director at Australia's biggest publishing house

  • Mother of three (This matters more than people might think. I understand what it means to perform at the highest level across every area of your life simultaneously - not just at work.)

HOW I WORK

I work privately with a small number of executives and high-performing professionals at any one time. This is intentional. The work we do together is personal, high-touch and built entirely around you. Your schedule, your pressure points, your goals.

I am not here to give you another wellness routine to add to your already overwhelming to-do list. I am here to build you a system that works in your real life, on the hard days, the busy weeks and the moments when everything is happening at once.

My corporate background means I understand your world from the inside. I am not going to tell you to slow down or simplify your life. I am going to show you how to keep going - sustainably.
