My health journey started over 25 years ago and led me to become a certified Vedic meditation teacher, certified yoga teacher, and more recently study health science, women's hormones, and nutrition. It's been an accumulation of over 25 years of learning, and I'm still discovering and sharing new insights. I understand what it's like to be high-functioning on the outside while struggling with overwhelm on the inside.
MY STORY
I haven't always had it figured out. Despite appearing successful, I was battling concentration issues, overwhelming anxiety, and a complete lack of work-life balance. Diagnosed with ADHD as a child, I spent years trying to manage racing thoughts and an inability to switch off, even when exhaustion was overwhelming.
In my corporate career, I was caught in the cycle so many high-achieving women know well: performing at a high level during the day, then lying awake at night with a mind that wouldn't stop. I was "getting by" rather than truly thriving, running on adrenaline while my body and mind paid the price.
The turning point came when I realised this wasn't sustainable. I couldn't keep pushing through on stress hormones and hoping for the best. That's when I began my journey into integrative wellness, not as a luxury, but as a necessity for women like us who refuse to lower our standards but need better systems.
MY APPROACH
I work with individuals who are already achieving a lot but need better systems to manage the overwhelm that comes with juggling everything.. My corporate experience showed me how easy it is to put self-care last, and I'm here to prove that well-being isn't optional, it's what makes everything else possible.
Through evidence-based practices including Vedic meditation, hormonal support, and nutritional guidance, I help you build systems that fit your real life. These aren't complicated wellness routines, they are practical tools I've tested and refined through my own experience and with hundreds of clients.
As a mother, professional, and teacher, my approach is deeply practical. I share strategies that work because I understand the reality of juggling multiple priorities while trying to maintain your health and sanity.
