The Real Problem
Here is what most people miss. The exhaustion you are feeling is not about working too hard. It is not about needing a holiday or a better mattress or another magnesium supplement. It is about a nervous system that has been running in survival mode for so long it has genuinely forgotten how to switch off.
When your nervous system is stuck in high alert your cortisol stays elevated, your brain cannot properly downshift and your sleep becomes shallow and broken even when you are completely exhausted. You wake at 2 or 3am with your thoughts racing. You feel tired and wired at the same time. You are running on adrenaline and deep down you know it. You just have not found a way to stop.
Until you address that - really address it at a physiological level - nothing else is going to stick. And that is exactly what we do together.
Three Evidence-Based Pillars
I built this program around three things because in 25 years of working with high performers, these are the three areas that make everything else possible.
01. NERVOUS SYSTEM REGULATION
This is where we start because everything else depends on it. We identify the specific stress patterns that are keeping your system locked in overdrive, the triggers, the habits, the invisible load you have been carrying and we build practical protocols to interrupt them. The goal is to shift you from reactive to responsive. At work, at home, under pressure.
02. SLEEP ARCHITECTURE REGULATION
Not sleep tips. Not another supplement. We work with your body's natural repair cycles to rebuild the conditions for deep, consistent sleep. Most of my clients are not bad sleepers, they are high performers with overtaxed nervous systems that have lost the ability to properly down regulate at night. Once we fix that, sleep follows naturally.

How it works
Week 1 - Deep Diagnostic Reset
We start with three 60-minute sessions across the first week. This is where I get to understand you, your stress load, your sleep patterns, your performance habits and what is actually driving the exhaustion.
We also integrate your meditation practice in week one. I teach you a simple, effortless technique you can do anywhere in 20 minutes. No apps, no perfect environment required. Just a practice that works — and one that becomes the foundation for everything else we build together.
Weeks 2–6 - Coaching & Integration
From week two we move into one 60-minute session per week.
This is where the real shifts happen. Each week we build on the last - adding practical protocols, adjusting what is not working, embedding new habits and making sure the changes are actually sticking in your real life, not just in theory. You have my support throughout, not just in sessions.
This is not a course you complete and forget. It is a private, high-touch engagement built entirely around you - your schedule, your pressure points and your performance goals.
